Leveraging Data and Analytics for Continuous Risk Management
According to Deloitte, companies where the CEO and other top managers champion the use of data analytics are 77% more likely to significantly exceed their goals and 59% more likely to turn the analytics into actionable insights. Data is a golden ticket for your organization, but knowing how to leverage data to make better risk management decisions is not inherent.
How are you applying leading practices to take ownership of risk-related data and leveraging it for your organization’s risk management program to create greater overall value? Participants in this course will learn just that, along with how to better present overall risk exposures externally and how to improve risk awareness and management internally.
