Looking to grow your team or take the next steps in your career? RIMS Virtual Career Fair is your gateway to make meaningful connections between top employers and job seekers in the risk and insurance industry.
Employers: Register through the RIMS Career Center and purchase “event jobs” to promote your open positions. You can post full-time, part-time, seasonal, or internship opportunities across all experience levels. These jobs will be flagged as part of the RISKWORLD Virtual Career Fair, making them visible to event-attending candidates.

RIMS Community MeetUps are designed to help you expand your network, elevate your voice, and explore leadership and development opportunities. Hosted in partnership with leading industry organizations—including NAAIA, APIW, LINK-USA, Rainbow Risk Alliance, AAIN, and others—each session offers a unique opportunity to engage with communities that reflect the evolving face of risk and insurance.
These 45-minute sessions offer intentional spaces for underrepresented professionals and allies to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond the conference.

DEI After Dark: An Inclusive Networking Celebration

Back for its second year, DEI After Dark offers an engaging atmosphere featuring an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a live DJ, and dancing. It's an opportunity to connect with peers, celebrate inclusivity, and support the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.
Tickets can be purchased online through the RISKWORLD registration portal or onsite at the registration counter in the West Building of McCormick Place. Wristbands will be available for pickup at registration.
